Seeing a lot more rushed timelines on job sites now

I mean, it feels like every project lately has a deadline that's way too tight. We skip checking measurements or sanding properly just to keep up. Idk, maybe it's just me, but I saw a shelf collapse last month because the brackets were put in hurry. That stuff makes me nervous. Managers should really think about giving us more time to do it right.

It's a real problem cutting corners for speed. I've seen cabinets installed wrong because nobody double checked the plans. Companies need to value doing the job safely over doing it fast, lol.

Man, that reminds me of when I hired a guy to fix my fence. He rushed through it to finish early, and now the whole thing wobbles when the wind blows. It's like they don't care if it lasts, just that it looks done fast. I had to call him back twice, and he still didn't get it right. Makes you wonder why some people even bother if they're not going to do it properly.
