Carrier bar seams split twice in one week, is it me or the glue?

The same hallway where I laid 9 foot seams split in two spots on Tuesday and again Thursday after a homeowner ran their robot vac over it. I used the same pressure roller I always do and let it cure 24 hours, so now I'm wondering if this batch of adhesive went bad or if the concrete was just too cold. Anyone else seen seams pop like this after the first week, and what did you change to fix it?
