And the idea that he could've just reprinted and charged you, well yeah, he could've, but shops don't usually eat reprint costs on customer mistakes anyway, so his options were help you or lose the job. Maybe I'm just jaded but a phone call about black levels doesn't really move the needle for me. Sounds like a normal Tuesday at any decent shop.
