Customer said my seams were too tight, they were right
Had a homeowner in Phoenix call me back three weeks after a job, said the seams were pulling apart at the doorways. I used to stretch that carpet like crazy, but after seeing the ripples form at the doorways, I backed off about 10% on the power stretcher and it sits way better now. Anyone else run into this with high-pile carpet?
