Rant: that $18 seam roller paid for itself on one job
Bought a wider seam roller about six weeks back for a rental turnover job up in Everett, mostly cause my old one kept slipping off the seam edge and leaving a lip. Cost me $18 and change, and I figured it was just another gadget. First room I ran it on the seams laid flat without me having to go back and re-touch them, and the guy walking the unit didn't flag a single bump. Job got done in two hours instead of the usual three, so it basically covered itself on labor alone. Anyone got a small tool under 20 bucks that ended up being way more useful than you thought?
