Heard a homeowner in Des Moines call her chimney sweep a 'necessary evil' to her neighbor
I was loading up at a supply shop off Grand Ave last Tuesday and two women were chatting about their fall service. One of them said her sweep was a "necessary evil" and the other nodded like it was a normal thing to say. Makes me wonder if we're doing enough to show folks the safety side of the job instead of just the dirty part, so what do you all say when a customer talks like that?
