My old fiberglass extension rods finally snapped on a job in Boise last Tuesday, forcing me to improvise with duct tape and a broom handle to finish the sweep.
What's the most reliable brand you guys use for rods that won't fail after a couple seasons?

Oh man, the duct tape and broom handle fix is a classic move. My buddy had his snap mid job and swore by switching to aluminum after that. Said they bend before they break, so at least you get a warning.

My cousin's fiberglass pole snapped at Lake Tahoe last summer... @avery366 is right about the warning bend.
