PSA: Check the flue tile before you quote a reline, saved myself a callback in Dayton
Did a sweep Friday on a 1920s bungalow and found the clay liner cracked 18 inches down, so I quoted the reline on the spot instead of guessing and coming back. How often do you all pull a camera or drop a light before giving a number?
