That creosote 'seasoning' video from NFPA is terrifying
Watched the NFPA's 2024 video showing a chimney fire in a test rig, and it hit 2,100 degrees in under 4 minutes. I always knew it was bad, but seeing the flue tiles literally shatter on camera made me change how I talk to homeowners. Has anyone else used that clip to convince a customer to actually schedule a cleaning?
