That 2019 logo job in Denver still haunts my spreadsheets

I billed 14 hours for a logo that took 3 meetings, 19 emails, and a phone call where the owner said 'make it pop like my ex-wife's car' before paying me $150 less than the quote, so has anyone else had a client who thinks 'creative fee' is a coupon code?
