A print shop owner in Reno taught me the real cost of free revisions
Back around 2011 I was picking up business cards at a small shop in Reno and the owner was on the phone with a client who wanted the 14th round of edits. When he hung up he told me he now caps revisions at 2 and charges $40 for each extra round. I thought it was harsh at the time but I switched to the same setup a year later and the endless back and forth mostly stopped. Funny how a random 10 minute wait at a counter stuck with me longer than any design book. Any of you still offer unlimited edits or did you put a number on it?
