Am I the only one who counts how many revision rounds a project takes, and just hit 30 on one logo
I keep a little tally in my notes app for every project, mostly to see where my time goes, and last week I looked at the count for one small business logo I started back in March. Thirty rounds. Not thirty files, thirty full revision passes where I sent something over and got changes back. The funny part is the first ten were all the same note in different words, something like "can we make it pop more" with zero detail about what pop even means to them. Around round 15 they wanted to see it in purple, then went right back to the blue after 4 days of me redoing everything. By round 25 I was just bolding the same file and sending it back to see if they noticed, and honestly I do not think they ever did. I finally got sign off after I showed them all 30 versions side by side on one page and asked which one they wanted to move forward with. Has anyone else had a project run this long, and did you ever find a way to stop the endless loop before it got that far?
