Dropped $250 on a 'brand strategy' course from a guy in Austin and got a PDF full of fridge magnet quotes
I run a small design studio and last month I paid $250 for a six week course that promised to teach me how to pitch branding work to bigger clients. What I actually got was 14 videos of a guy in a loft in Austin saying stuff like 'your brand is your promise' with zero scripts, zero pricing examples, and one worksheet that was literally the word 'intention' centered on a page. I asked for a refund and he sent me a 20 percent off code for his next course instead. Has anyone here found an actual good resource for learning to price and pitch branding, or do I just keep learning the hard way?
