Muddy neon green traced back to a missing 2% light magenta
I was pulling my hair out over a poster print last Tuesday. The neon green kept coming out looking like swamp sludge no matter what I did. Then I checked the actual ink usage report on my Epson and saw light magenta was only hitting 98% coverage on the test chart. Turns out my profile was built for a different paper batch and that tiny gap was dropping the whole color gamut. Has anyone else had a 2% ink shift wreck a color that badly?
