PSA: the mustard yellow on my band tees finally matched after I watched a guy mix ink at the Asheville swap meet
I was at a small screen printing swap meet in Asheville last month and this older guy was doing a live demo mixing ink by hand. He kept saying my yellow was too warm and that I needed to add a tiny bit of violet, not black, to knock it back. I tried it on a test shirt when I got home and the mustard came out dead on for the first time in about 8 tries. What is your go to move for knocking back a yellow that leans too orange?
