TIL I stopped exporting logos as RGB JPGs after a client in Phoenix showed me her biz cards came back gray
Three weeks ago she sent me a photo of 500 cards where my bright orange logo printed as a sad brownish gray, and that 5 second look at the proof PDF finally got me to switch every file to CMYK before sending it out, so now I check the color mode before anything else, has anyone else had a whole order come back looking like a different brand?

Oh man that gut drop when you see the proof and it's just wrong. I had a batch of stickers come back with my teal looking almost navy and I just sat there staring at them for way too long. Client was nice about it but I still ate the reprint cost, so now CMYK is the first thing I check too.
