Hot take: soft proofing on a $200 monitor tricked me into shipping muddy greens
Two Fridays back in Dallas I sent a 500 piece run to the printer trusting my screen, and the greens came back looking like swamp water. Anybody got a cheap monitor profiler they actually trust, or am I stuck driving to the print shop to look at a proof every time?
