Why does nobody bring up how much faster roughing gets after a real coolant change
Swapped the nasty old coolant in my VF-2 last month for fresh stuff and my roughing cycle on 6061 dropped from 9 minutes to about 7 and a half. Same program, same tools, same feeds. The old sump was full of sludge and chips I'd been putting off cleaning since spring. Curious if anyone here runs a chip separator and whether it actually keeps the mix alive longer between full dumps.
