My first Python script deleted 3 hours of work and I still don't know how
I was following a tutorial on file handling last Tuesday and ran my script twice by accident, which wiped the whole practice folder I had been building for a week. Now I always print a dry run before anything touches a file, but has anyone else messed up this bad when starting out?
