A client told me WCAG contrast rules are "too strict" and honestly I'm torn
I ran her bakery site through a checker last Tuesday and the pink text on cream failed at 2.1:1, but she swears her regulars read it fine on their phones. Do you hold the line at 4.5:1 or do you trust what real users say?

Ever tried reading pink on cream after three glasses of wine? 4.5:1 exists for a reason.
