Why does nobody warn you that a client's logo redo can wreck your whole palette?
My client in Denver called me up on Tuesday and asked if we could swap her teal for a sage green in the brand refresh. I said sure, easy change, and then spent 6 hours rebuilding a 5 color palette that suddenly looked muddy next to anything warm. She goes, well my husband says teal feels too corporate, and I'm sitting there staring at swatches wondering if I even know color anymore. How do you all handle it when one color swap kicks over the whole set?
