That $60 colorblind simulator app was worth every penny
Spent $60 on a simulator app last month after a client's logo looked like a green mess in their presentation. Has anyone else paid for one that actually changed how you approve designs?

My coworker actually got the free trial version and it made me realize how different the same color palette looks, depending on the type of color blindness someone has. The paid version is way more detailed about that, and it's wild because now I catch issues before the client does. I mean, it’s not just about the logo being "green" anymore, it's about making sure the contrast and the shades work for everyone. Honestly, once you see a design through that lens, you can't unsee it, and it changes how you build stuff from the start.
