Buddy at the LCS made me rethink how I sort my collection
I was at my local shop last Saturday and this guy Dave was digging through the dollar bins, but he sorts everything by story arc instead of issue number. Said he reads runs like a novel, and now I keep mixing up my X-Men books because I tried it and honestly it flows way better. Anyone else file their floppies weird like that?

Yo @sandra146 hit the nail on the head with the writer sorting thing! I started doing that for my Batman books after getting sick of jumping around Miller, Snyder, and King runs in the same box. It's a game changer for actually reading them. Just warn you now though, you'll probably need separate boxes for each writer if you go deep on someone like Claremont or Bendis.
