Actually, I'm gonna go the other way. Strong coffee is way overrated. If your day is that bad, maybe you just need better sleep or a real breakfast instead of relying on a bitter caffeine jolt. That murky cup is just a band-aid for poor habits. I've had mornings where I switched to tea or even just water and felt way more steady by lunch. Chasing that wired feeling seems like a trap.
