Been diving 15 years and only just figured out why my mask kept fogging on shallow jobs
Kept blaming my mask and tried every defogger on the market, but a guy out of Galveston pointed out I was breathing through my nose on descent instead of my regulator. Switched to a half mask with a nose block and the fog stopped overnight. Anyone else run into that, or am I just slow?
