PSA: Static discharge from a nylon case wrecked my whole bench setup
Left a laptop on a nylon sleeve on a dry winter day and the zap fried the external monitor port, not the laptop, which I only found after swapping three cables. Anyone else ever tracked damage to a bag or case instead of the board itself?
