DAE remember the pour where the ready mix driver in Fort Worth saved my butt?
Was pouring a 40x60 slab out near Fort Worth last Tuesday and the mud showed up about 2 inches slumpy. Driver hopped out, looked at it, and said "let me add a splash before you screed that" and dumped just enough water to get it workable without wrecking the mix. I used to fight guys on that every time but now I just watch the slump cone and let the driver do his thing. Saved us a whole re-pour and the finish came out tight. Anybody else got a driver they trust that much?
