Shoutout to the old timer in Tulsa who convinced me to try a fresno trowel
I always figured a fresno was just for big flatwork and stuck with my hand trowel for years on driveways. A guy named Harold on a job in Tulsa handed me his 48 inch one back in 2019 and said just try it on the edges first. Cut my finishing time on a 30 by 40 slab by a good hour and the surface came out flatter than anything I did by hand. Anybody else switch over late like that and wonder why you waited so long?
