Hot take: my garage door opener started acting like it was getting secret signals last Tuesday.

It would randomly go up and down at 3 AM, and my neighbor joked it was the government testing my loyalty. I finally unplugged the unit for a full day, which seemed to reset whatever weird frequency it was picking up. Has anyone else had a common appliance suddenly seem possessed, or is my neighborhood just extra weird?

Honestly, check if there's a new baby monitor or drone in your area. Those things can blast out signals on the same band and really mess with older openers. My cousin's door went nuts when the people behind him got a fancy new monitor.
