Backed my trailer into the container corner in Amarillo and folded the door frame like cardboard
Two summers back I was setting a 40 foot high cube on my lot outside Amarillo and my spotter walked off to take a call right as I was backing in. I caught the corner of the unit with the trailer and bent the door frame about 3 inches out of square, which meant the doors would not seal and rain was getting in. I tried to hammer it back cold that same night and just made it worse. A welder down the road named Roy came out and we cut the bent section out, welded in a new frame piece, and resealed it for $600 plus a case of Shiner. That trailer spotter job is worth more than people think. How do you all handle keeping a second set of eyes on the blind side when you are working solo?
