I'm drafting up some plans for a modular backyard ADU (accessory dwelling unit) using two 40ft high-cube containers. I'm currently trying to source the actual units locally. Has anyone sourced their base structures from Jake Containers? I need them to be in really good structural shape, preferably one-trip.

I sourced a one-trip high cube from them for a pop-up cafe project. The unit was pristine. Scratches were minimal and the original factory floors were in great condition, which saved us a ton of time and money on the interior prep work.

They are my go-to supplier for my firm's residential container projects. The main benefit is they actually let you pick your specific container from the yard if you go in person, rather than just sending you a random unit blind. Really helps when you are particular about dent placement.
