Went with spray foam over fiberglass batts in my 40ft high cube and my electric bill dropped $60
I was quoted $2,800 for closed cell spray foam versus $900 for batts in my 40ft high cube outside Austin, went with the foam anyway and six weeks later my July power bill came in $60 lower than the same month in my old place, so has anyone else crunched the numbers on whether the payback period actually holds up past year two?
