Load charts got stricter after that 2019 incident, and that's a good thing

I've been running a 130 ton Liebherr for 8 years now, and I remember when guys bragged about lifting 5% over chart. After the big collapse near Jacksonville in 2019, our company re-trained everyone and started using the actual radius at the hook, not the boom foot. Yeah, it means slower picks and more planning, but I've seen zero close calls since. Anyone else notice their crews are finally treating the chart like law instead of a suggestion?
