Appreciation post: the old menu site that refused to die gracefully

I still visit a local diner's website from 2011 that has hover effects so broken the buttons shift sideways when you touch them, and honestly it's more charming than half the polished sites I see now. That page has survived two redesign attempts and a CMS migration, but the CSS bugs just keep coming back like weeds. Does anyone else miss when janky styling felt like personality instead of a mistake?
