Hit 10,000 business cards printed this year, and that's when my margins started lying to me
I run a small print side hustle from my garage in Austin, and last week I crossed 10,000 cards for 2024. What got me is my paper supplier raised their per-sheet cost by 8% back in March, but I never adjusted my quote because the volume felt steady. Has anyone else done a mid-year pricing check after a milestone like that, or do you just wait until the end and eat the loss?
