Spent $140 on foil stamps for a test run, ruined 30 sheets of cardstock
Tbh I thought I could just slap foil onto any paper with my laminator. Turns out the heat and pressure settings matter way more than the tutorial said, and now I have a pile of melted foil and wrinkled stock. Has anyone else burned through supplies learning this the hard way?

$140 for a test run seems like a lot when you could've just bought a cheap pack of practice paper first... but hey, live and learn maybe?
