Appreciation post: That weird tile pattern at the laundromat on 5th

I was killing time at the Spin Cycle laundromat on 5th Street last night and noticed their floor has this crazy zigzag tile pattern from the 70s that somehow still looks fresh. The owner said it's original and he's never had to replace a single tile because they're built like tanks. Has anyone else seen old commercial tile that just refuses to die?

Buddy of mine swears those tiles are indestructible, he sat on one and nothing happened.
