Switched from Sketch to Figma in 2019 and never looked back
Switch from Sketch to Figma helped a lot with component library maintenance. Took a weekend but saved loads of time. Any similar experiences?

2019 was actually when I finally gave Figma a real shot after swearing by Sketch for years. The component sync alone made me eat my words.

Dude, "ate my words" is EXACTLY what happened to me. I was such a Sketch diehard I had the whole plugin ecosystem memorized. Then I tried Figma's auto layout in a test file and it literally saved me like three hours of manual spacing. The component swapping is what sold me though - I had this button component that I could just swap icons in and out without breaking a single style. Sketch never felt that solid with symbol overrides, they always ended up messy. Now I can't even open Sketch without getting annoyed at how slow it feels.
