Honestly, I was at a design coworking space in Austin and saw a guy using the eyedropper tool with a keyboard shortcut I'd never seen.

Tbh, he was sampling colors from his browser to Figma in like half a second without touching his mouse. Does anyone know a faster method than the standard 'I' key?

That "half a second" color grab is wild. I once saw someone map their eyedropper to a side mouse button, which seemed even faster for switching tools mid-flow. It totally changed how I think about shortcuts.

Mapping it to a key you never use, like caps lock, is a total game changer too.

Mapping it to caps lock is smart, I'm just over here trying to press 'I' with my elbow while holding a coffee. @blair506 has the right idea with a mouse button, my clumsy fingers need all the help they can get. I tried that once but kept hitting it by accident and sampling the wrong color for ten minutes straight. Felt like a real pro when I finally got it right though.
