Just figured out my layer naming was costing me an hour a week

I watched a junior designer zip through a file in 5 minutes while I was still hunting for a button layer, which made me finally build a proper naming system with prefixes like 'btn_' and 'txt_'.

Add up that hour over a year and it's a full work week gone. That's time you could spend on actual important tasks. It's not about one hour, it's about the constant drip of small time sucks that kill your focus.
