Dropped $80 on a monitor arm and my neck finally stopped hurting

I was using those cheap plastic stands for like a year and wondering why I always had headaches. Picked up a basic gas spring arm from Amazon and it took maybe 10 minutes to set up. Has anyone else noticed a big difference just from getting the screen at eye level?
