Natural light is nice and all, but how much does it actually change your day? People act like it's some magic cure for everything. My old apartment had huge windows and I still felt the same.
My last place in Austin had floor to ceiling windows facing west. The afternoon glare was so bad I had to keep the blinds shut from 2 PM on anyway. Felt like I was paying for a view I couldn't even use. Sometimes the simpler setup just works better for your brain, you know?
