The quiet shift away from giant curved monitors on my feed

Three years ago, my whole feed was just massive 34-inch curved screens. Last month, I noticed more 27-inch flat panels in setup photos. Then last week, a designer I follow in Chicago posted about switching to two 24-inch monitors side by side, saying it saved her neck from constant turning. She mentioned the total cost was under $500 for both, which got me thinking. Maybe the mega-screen trend is cooling off for actual daily work. Has anyone else moved back to smaller or dual flat screens recently?

Yeah I saw a tech writer say the same thing, that the curve just adds distortion for most tasks. My own 32 inch feels like I'm watching tennis sometimes. Honestly two smaller screens just makes more sense for how I actually work.

Try mounting two flat screens side by side. Ngl, it fixed that neck strain for me.
