This Figma plugin cut my button component work by half

I got tired of manually swapping hover states on like 40 button instances for a client dashboard. Tried a plugin called Instance Swap that lets you batch replace component properties across multiple layers at once. Set up my master button with all the variants, selected everything, and it swapped them in maybe 30 seconds. Has anyone else dealt with huge component libraries slowing down their workflow like that?

Did the plugin handle nested components okay or did you have to flatten them first before running the batch swap?

That 30 second swap sounds way better than doing it manually. @green.jenny did you have to flatten any nested layers first or did the plugin just grab everything? I've been on the fence about trying it but my button library is a mess of nested frames.
