Can we talk about the right way to set up a drawing border?

I was making title blocks by hand for years until a guy at a supply house in Spokane asked why I wasn't using a dynamic block with attributes. It seems like a basic thing, but it changed my whole process. Do you set up your borders from scratch each time or do you have a master file?

My buddy was still drawing borders by hand until last year. His new boss showed him a template file and it blew his mind. Guy had no idea you could just reuse one.

Seriously eric_morgan59? It's just a border... how much time was he really wasting on that.
