Spent $150 on a drafting template set I never opened
Bought a fancy plastic template pack online six months ago, thinking it would speed up my detail work. It sat in the shipping box on my desk until I moved offices last week. Opened it up and the shapes are basically the same as the old metal ones I already own. Felt like such a waste of cash. Anyone have a good spot to donate unused gear like this?

I sold mine on a local hobbyist forum for half price.

Been there... bought a whole set of fancy pens because the ads made them look amazing. They just sit in a drawer while I use the same old pencil every day. Maybe try donating to a local high school art class? They're always needing supplies and might actually use the shapes.
