Tried a new way to set posts in wet ground and it backfired

I had a job in a low spot that stays wet, so I thought I'd try setting the fence posts in a gravel base with a dry concrete mix on top, like some guys online said. After two days of rain, the whole section leaned over about six inches because the concrete never set right. I learned that in truly wet soil, you have to use a fast-set mix or wait for a dry spell, no shortcuts. Has anyone else found a good fix for a fence that's already leaning from this?

My neighbor's deck did the same thing last spring. It feels like every shortcut these days comes with a hidden cost. You just have to dig it out and do it right.

Yeah that's a classic case of the internet making things look easier than they are lol. It's like when a recipe says "just mix these three things" but leaves out the part where you need to chill the dough for hours. For your fence, you're probably stuck digging it out and using that quick-set stuff, which is a huge pain.
