We've had great luck with Wenesco. They built a custom walk-in oven for us a couple years ago and it's been solid. Their heating controls are spot-on and the insulation is top-notch. Definitely worth a look.
Second Wenesco. We use their conveyor oven for curing after powder coat and it's been running daily for years without issues. Their support team is helpful too if you need to tweak anything.
