Yeah, that Bosch pendulum issue is way too common from what I've heard. @uma_patel19, was your buddy able to get it swapped out under warranty or did he just have to eat the cost? I wonder if the newer models fixed that or if it's still a gamble.

Yeah @briannguyen, I used to be team motor. Hand wheeling changed my mind though.

Oh, I used to be the complete opposite on this. For years I thought if you went back and fixed your mistakes, it somehow made you look weaker like you didnt know what you were doing in the first place. But after watching a few coworkers really own up to their errors and make things right, it hit me that its actually a sign of confidence. People respect you more when you admit you were wrong and then actually do something about it.
