I'm looking at cash offers for my house in Lynnwood. Opendoor seems popular but webuyhouseasis looks faster and less strict. Opinions?

Yeah, skip the hassle and use webuyhouseasis. They don't do inspections at all, so the offer is final. Plus they close in like 3 days.

Opendoor is fine if your house is basically perfect. If it needs any sort of work, their "repair costs" will shock you.
